The prior chapter
Residential remodels completed before Vantes were performed through EPX Construction. That work is part of Will's experience, but it will not be relabeled as Vantes work.
About Vantes Group
Vantes Group is a Dillon-based contractor focused on making residential remodeling and commercial interior work clearer to scope, coordinate, and manage.
Why Vantes exists
The company was created around a straightforward idea: the client should not have to connect every trade, chase every decision, or guess what is included.
Vantes defines the work, coordinates specialized trade partners, documents decisions and changes, and remains accountable for its contracted scope through closeout.
From EPX Construction to Vantes Group
Before launching Vantes Group, Will Cervantes led and managed residential remodeling projects through EPX Construction.
Vantes represents the next chapter of that work: a company being developed more deliberately around residential remodeling, commercial interior scopes, preconstruction, written systems, and accountable trade coordination.
Residential remodels completed before Vantes were performed through EPX Construction. That work is part of Will's experience, but it will not be relabeled as Vantes work.
Vantes Group is the new operating direction, with its own name, standards, systems, trade relationships, and project record being built from this point forward.
When prior work is shown, it will be identified as completed through EPX Construction. New Vantes projects and reviews will be presented separately and only when they can be documented accurately.
Meet the owner
Will Cervantes leads Vantes Group from Dillon and is responsible for project review, estimating structure, client communication, trade coordination, and the systems the company is developing as it grows.
The purpose of introducing the owner is simple: clients should know who is accountable for the scope, communication, trade coordination, and decisions that move the work forward.
Practical experience. Careful verification.
Experience helps most when it is paired with disciplined verification.
Every property, code, assembly, product, and site condition can introduce something different. A responsible contractor brings useful judgment, asks precise questions, and verifies unfamiliar conditions with the appropriate trade, designer, engineer, manufacturer, HOA, or building authority before making a commitment.
Good construction leadership is knowing what can be decided, what must be investigated, and who is qualified to answer.
What we are building around
Inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, allowances, and owner responsibilities should be visible before work begins.
Changes should be explained, priced, and approved before changed work moves forward.
Scope, schedule, permits, requirements, and trade capacity are reviewed before the company says yes.
Capabilities will expand as supporting systems, relationships, registrations, and field proof are in place—not before.
A transparent starting point
Vantes is actively building its own project record. Prior EPX Construction work, future Vantes work, client feedback, qualifications, and field photography will be identified accurately. The atmospheric mountain images on this site establish the visual direction; they are not presented as completed projects.
Project inquiry
Share the property, scope, and desired timing. Vantes will review the opportunity against current services and capacity.
